HASTHA

Join us for three one-hour sessions per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18:30 through zoom. It's a fun and inclusive way to stay active, feel empowered, and enjoy the joy of dance!

Explore the joy of dance with our tailored program on Sundays at 12.15 through zoom: Indian Dance for Children & Young Adults with Special Education Needs and disabilities. Specially crafted for individuals with diverse needs, our sessions offer a safe and inclusive space. Led by experienced instructors, these engaging sessions enhance physical coordination, motor skills, and self-expression. Join us for an enjoyable and accessible journey fostering confidence, social skills, and a sense of accomplishment.

MOKSHA

Experience the joy of movement with our in-studio dance sessions for women in Coventry. These classes, which cover a variety of dance styles, are held every Friday at 6:45 p.m.
