    • Discipline: Students are required to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors during classes. Proper behavior and focus are essential for creating a conducive learning environment.

    • Communication: Open and respectful communication is encouraged between students, parents/guardians, and teachers to address any concerns, feedback, or queries.

  2. Attendance and Punctuality:

    • Regular attendance is important for consistent progress. Students are expected to attend classes on time and notify us in advance if they are unable to attend.

    • Late arrivals should be kept to a minimum to avoid disruption to the class.

  3. Dress Code:

    • Students are required to adhere to the designated dress code, which may vary depending on the style of dance being taught. Proper dance attire ensures safety and allows for freedom of movement.

    • For performances or events, specific costumes or dress guidelines will be communicated in advance.

  4. Safety:

    • We prioritize the safety and well-being of our students. We maintain a clean and hazard-free dance space, and instructors are trained in safety protocols.

    • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of their children outside of the dance school premises.

  5. Photography and Videography:

    • Photos and videos taken during classes, workshops, or performances may be used for promotional purposes by Nrithyam Dance School. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to have your child's images used.

  6. Fees and Payments:

    • Tuition fees and payment schedules will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance. Payments should be made on time to ensure uninterrupted participation in classes.

  7. Parental Involvement:

    • We encourage parents/guardians to actively engage in their child's dance education. Supportive participation, attendance at events, and volunteering are greatly appreciated.

  8. Policy Updates:

    • Nrithyam Dance School reserves the right to update or modify the policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner. 

   9. Representation:

  • Only the directors of Nrithyam Dance School are authorised to officially represent the school in any capacity, including but not limited to public events, media appearances, partnerships, and communications. No other individual, including students, parents, or staff, may claim to represent Nrithyam Dance School without prior written consent from the directors.
