Our Programmes
OUR DANCE SESSIONS PROVIDES A VARIETY OF BENEFITS THAT CAN HELP OUR MEMBERS GROW AND EVOLVE IN MANY WAYS.
HASTHA For women over 18 These sessions showcases a unique combination of varied dance styles and movements from Kuthu, Bollywood, Indian Folk, Hip-Hop, Indian classical dance, Zumba, Bhangra, and Afro dance. Do not worry about having any equipment! You can dance and work out from anywhere with no additional supplies needed. 3 dance sessions every week.( 1 hour per session) Tuesdays & Thursdays at 1830, Saturdays at 1000
NIRAI This programme aims to bridge the gap between the known and the unknown by providing workshops from experienced professionals in multiple areas, such as physical fitness, communication, mental health, self-love, nutrition, and cooking. Through these sessions, the goal is to raise awareness and share knowledge that can enlighten participants' knowledge and understanding. Accessible to people from diverse backgrounds.
